After you have joined a Facebook Group, you should click on all the tabs to get familiar with how the group is set up.
The About tab gives you information about the group, sometimes their goals and rules.
The Discussion feed is usually where you land when you enter a group. It's where everyone posts. It's a free for all and can feel chaotic.
Guides will be where you find content if your group is set up in a social learning format. It is a structured area often used for trainings, sessions, videos, etc.
Featured is usually an announcement section.
Events is where you will find scheduled Facebook Lives and other events.
Media is where you would find videos and photos.
